In August 2017, LeRoy Tool & Die opened our on-site Training Center where a full-time instructor teaches proper machining skills to students using brand new equipment. This facility will accommodate up to 6 students per session.
The Machining Education classes prepare qualified candidates for entry level machining, mold repair and mold assembly jobs. Advanced machining and mold building classes are taught to current employees. It is part of the culture at LeRoy Tool & Die to promote professional work ethics and core values to all students. Our vision is to consistently invest in and develop well-trained and healthy employees that work to exceed customer expectations, elevating the image of LTD.
