LeRoy Tool & Die Completes Plant Expansion

LEROY, MI … LeRoy Tool & Die announces the completion of its molding facility adjacent to the custom machining and mold production plant. This expansion further supports prototyping, rubber & plastic tooling trials and the ability to mold rubber products in prototype to large production run quantities.
This dedicated 18,000’ facility currently houses 16 rubber and 3 plastic injection presses along with auxiliary equipment. A customer lounge and offices are also part of the layout. This expansion allows for an increased number of tooling trials and the ability to supply rubber molded products to customers in a variety of markets.
Additional presses will be added. LeRoy Tool & Die offers total collaborative support and project management from part concept to in-house tool design and manufacture, tooling trials, samples, PPAP and production.
