LeRoy Tool & Die (“LTD”) was established in LeRoy, Michigan in 1988 with two employees who took pride in building high quality custom rubber molds that would perform. By 1997, the business had grown to four employees and four CNC machines. Today, LTD operates in an 80,000 square foot facility with 100 team members and over 40 CNC machines, as well as CNC lathes, EDM’s and rubber & plastic injection presses.
In 2004 to further our commitment to LTD customers, we began building plastic molds and the ability to trial tools on site.
We proudly supply rubber and plastic molds to customers in the United States, Mexico and Canada. In 2013, LTD acquired S&S Mold, Inc. (founded in 1995 and located in Grand Junction, Michigan) further supporting our leadership position in the tool & die industry and our commitment to total customer satisfaction. Our LeRoy plant is situated on 30 acres, allowing room for continued expansion as we grow with our customers.
We proudly have an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System and are consistently investing in state-of-the-art equipment and software that keeps LTD a leader in tool construction. With the addition of our rubber molding facility in 2017, LTD now has the ability to support a project from design concept through the production part approval process and supply to various markets.
