Leroy tool produces rubber,plastic and diecast molds for many industries. We build molds from simple prototype molds to multiple cavity complex molds With multiple slides and lifters.
CNC Machines
Leroy Tool has state of the art equipment to keep up with the higher standards of tolerance and timing.
Our machines are capable to run lights out so we can lower our tooling costs and deliveries..
Machining
Our EDM department consists of 7 CNC plunger EDMs and 1 wire EDM. We burn everything form deep ribs to the complete cavities.
Our EDMs all have tool changes to run unattended at nights and weekends.
